I’m an avid reader. I devour books and spend hours and hours running through fantasy worlds both on the page and in my own imagination. Using the imagery of queens, castles, dragons, rolling landscapes, and supernatural power l consider the mysteries of life and all that is unknown. I use my art to tell intensely human stories of pain, fear, love, death, and man’s relationship to nature.

I’m based in Maryland, where I grew up and where my family has deep roots. I take inspiration from the environment and history of this area in addition to the stories of my favorite authors. In the little time I’m not working or reading, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, trying (so far unsuccessfully) to turn my yard into a food forest, and training Brazilian JiuJitsu. I am constantly looking for the next adventure and trying to satisfy my curiosity about the world around me.
